Social Networking

Where do you network and how do you find the time? Forums, Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, Ning, Multiply, LinkedIn, Friendster, Squidoo, Craigslist, Yahoo Groups, eBay Groups, YouTube, Blog Talk Radio, Top 100 Sites? The list just goes on! The answer is everywhere and as far as time goes, you just have to make the time. I network where my friends are, for starters. But if you're like me, I cannot keep up! I used to panic because I could not keep up, but not to worry, networking sites are being created almost everyday. The most important thing to remember is the more places you network, the more you increase your chances of being discovered by buyers who would have never known otherwise, that you existed. So, set aside a little bit of time each day and get out there and network and watch your business grow! You might even make a few friends along the way.

Bonkers for Bonanzle

What's all the rave about? Well, if you have a few minutes, let me tell you. I was invited to take a look at this new shopping venue a couple months ago. I was hesitant at first, I thought no, not another selling venue. I have been an eBay powerseller since 2005 and was exhausted from complying with all of eBay's "changes". With over 1300 inventory items to track, I decided to close my eBay store, feeling unable to compete in the eBay marketplace with the new search format and lack of sales was all the confirmation I needed to see that eBay was no longer a profitable venture for my small business.
I wasn't sure if I wanted to jump back into the selling arena so soon until I was invited to check out Bonanzle. After reviewing the site and reading what others were saying about Bonanzle, I decided to give it a try and Guess what? I went totally bonkers for Bonanzle! I opened my first booth in late October and have since added a second booth! The site is so cool (kewl, for the young at heart)! After eBay, it was hard for me to imagine a place where the folks were friendly, the management/owners actually associated with you (yes, I mean you personally) and the entire site being easy to navigate. I even found a couple pleasant surprises along the way, for instance, did you know the site is haunted? It's an inside joke, but worth checking out, see Ghost and this one I have never quite figured out, but found myself smiling when I clicked on it: Abe Vigoda is most likely alive, but it certainly doesn't hurt to double check.
I never know what I'm going to run across next as I navigate through the site, but I do know one thing, I really love the positive feeling that Bonanzle radiates when you're on the site. The forums are booming with Bonanzle users posting at lightning speed, freely sharing information, offering support, even humor is plentiful and the moral is simply uplifting! It's amazing to see so many people stepping up to help the Bonanzle community with an open mind and heart. I, personally would like to say thank you to all of those who have given their time and resources into getting the word out about Bonanzle. You know who you are and you certainly deserve many accolades! Well, folks I will leave you with some links to check out if you are interested in taking a look:

If you're not already there, then I would like to personally invite you to Bonanzle via my friend referral link, please click here to join Bonanzle today. What are you waiting for? Come on in and join the fun!

The Beginning of a Beautiful Friendship

Hello, I'm Poppy, a small business owner maneuvering my way around the exciting world of Social Networking, Digital Art Design, and just some good old fashioned online selling. I'm not sure why I decided to start a blog. The last thing I have time for is writing down my thoughts, but it seemed the logical thing to do, since I have so many of them running around in my head. Maybe I need someone to bounce my ideas off of on occasion or maybe it's just that everyone else is blogging, who knows. Regardless of my reasons, I hope to make some friends along the way, as I share my ramblings with you.
